Amersham’s newest restaurant revealed – Pluma serving Spain’s finest tapas

Amersham’s newest restaurant, Pluma, is co-founded by local Spanish/British couple Charlie and Arantxa. It’s a brand new site on the high street, with a dark wooden bar, high tables for nibbles and beers, an open kitchen to watch the Spanish chefs in action and an outdoor courtyard for al fresco dining.

Dishes are hyper-regional tapas: black squid ink rice, acorn-fed jamon croquettes, tempura squid with lime mayo, aged Iberian pork (which I can attest is utterly buttery and delicious!).

This restaurant is so popular that you can’t get a table for Friday and Saturday evenings until next year. Which is not surprising given the menu which you can read here https://www.plumarestaurants.com/menu/
